The Shetland Sheepdog Is Different From A Miniature Collie!

Shetland Sheepdogs or “Shelties” share a lot of aesthetic traits with the collie and are often called the Miniature Collie. The reality is that the breeds, despite a few similar bloodlines, are very, very different! Collies and Shelties were developed in different regions (though both in Scotland), and despite the fact that both breeds are intended for herding, each was bred with completely separate strengths and weaknesses.

The Shetland Sheepdog is named for its region of origin, the Shetland Islands. The breed was developed in the early 19th century and recognized by the AKC in 1911, whereas Collies, also a Scottish breed, are documented as far back as the 1600s. Both breeds were used as herding dogs and are classified in the AKC Herding Group, but their jobs were slightly different. The Collie was intended to herd and protect sheep, while the Shetland Sheepdog’s primary task was to keep the sheep away from crops that they could potentially trample, eat, and destroy.

The most obvious difference between the Collie and the Sheltie is their size. Shelties stand only 13 to 16 inches at the shoulder, while Collies tower over them at a shoulder height of 22 to 26 inches. Collies also weigh in at a minimum of 50 pounds, twice the maximum weight of a Shetland Sheepdog by AKC standards!

The Shetland Sheepdog earned its Miniature Collie nickname primarily because of their coat’s similarity to that of the rough-coated Collie. The smooth-coated Collie has a different appearance altogether, with a far shorter, silkier coat. The Shetland Sheepdog’s beautiful coat is due in no small part to the coat of the rough-coated Collie, as Collie bloodlines were used in the development of the Shetland Sheepdog.

The biggest difference between Collies and Shelties, besides their size of course, is in their personalities. They are both intelligent, hard-working breeds with significant herding skills and instincts, but the similarities end there. The Collie is a gentle, refined breed that carries itself eloquently. They are not loud dogs, rarely barking unless they are working or commanded to. They are unconcerned with strangers, but are still loving and affectionate with their owners and families. On the other side of the coin is the Shetland Sheepdog, which can be a bit if a goofball. Shelties love to run and play with anyone that will have them and are said to have a sense of humor.

Many people unfamiliar with the breed differences choose Shetland Sheepdogs for their pet because they feel a Collie is too large of a breed for city life. The irony in this decision is that Collies are much more docile and would likely be more content to relax with their owners and go for long walks, as opposed to the Sheltie who would probably like to run laps, catch frisbees and play all day!

Both breeds make fantastic dogs for families or single owners alike. They are both loving and good with children, and despite their varying activity levels, are both adaptable to any type of loving environment that suits their basic needs.

Outdoor 4 monlth old German Shepherd Puppy has fleas, How can I rid them apart from the obvious?

I took this puppy under my wing a week ago and have had to keep it out in the back yard on a chain near a dog house and he’s picking up fleas. I tried some of the three month flea medication you squeeze on the neck and rear but he still shows signs of fleas.

I’m worried for his health and I’m not able to let him in doors.
Is there any way that I can treat his fleas for good and still keep him out doors?
I plan to get a kennel and atleast keep him in the garage during the night until I can put up a fenced area for him to run around without the chain. Thanks for the responses.

a puppy should never be kept outdoors on a chain. He will end up with severe socialization and anxiety issues.

And the flea medication isn’t for 3 months at a time. If you’re getting the right stuff (either Frontline or K9 Advantix) then it’s once a month.

Beware! Prevent Your Dog From Being Lost Or Stolen

One of the most terrifying aspects of pet ownership is the disappearance of your dog. For most dog owners their pets are members of the family, loved and cherished every day. Some dogs are simply lost because they got out of the yard or ran off to explore not finding their way home. Devastatingly, others are stolen, especially a purebred dog.

There is a black market for purebred dogs for sale and thieves often steal these dogs only to resell them to someone else. There are measures dog owners can take to prevent their dog from falling victim to theft. Below is a list of the ten breeds thieves look for:

Breeds Most Likely to be Stolen:

  • Pit Bull Terrier – American
  • Labrador Retriever
  • Chihuahua
  • Yorkshire Terrier
  • Pomeranian
  • Shih Tzu
  • Boxer
  • Bulldog – English
  • German Shepherd
  • Siberian Husky

The best prevention is first, be a responsible dog owner. Of the many tasks dog owners must do, the most important is protecting your dog. Always know where your dog is at all times; are they playing in the yard – then where in the yard, where are they in the house – in their crate or curled up in the corner.

Ensure your fenced in yard is secure and your dog has not started digging a hole somewhere he/she could climb under. Never let your dog run off-leash in a non-fenced in area. Beware when opening your door; small dogs can be sneaky just waiting for the opportunity to run outside. Do not leave your dog unattended in the car while you run into a store; a minute is all it takes for a thief to break-in your car and steal your dog.

Make sure your dogs’ tags and license is attached to his/her dog collar and their current. If your dog should get loose from the yard and become lost a Good Samaritan, can take them in and call you. Ensure the dog collar fits well – too loose and it could slip off.

Microchips are a wonderful way to prevent theft as well as recovering a lost dog. These are about the size of a grain of rice and are embedded under the skin. There is a service that you must subscribe to and keep current when using these microchips. There are also GPS dog collars available that come with a hand held locator for the owner. Both are well worth the price if your dog is on the list above.

When traveling, plan ahead. If you are taking your dog with you on your next trip, make sure you have a dog harness that doubles as a dog seat belt. This will prevent your dog from jumping out of the car when reach your destination or stop at a rest area. Always keep your dog on a leash and if your visit an off-leash dog park keep a steady eye on where your dog is at all times.

The single most important part of protecting your dog is obedience training. A solid understanding of the basic commands of “sit,” “stay,” and “come” will keep your dog safe and secure while giving you the confidence knowing only you can command your dog.

Lastly, if despite your best efforts your dog becomes lost or if you suspect stolen, act quickly and rationally; contact the local authorities, animal shelters, and animal hospitals. Post signs along your dogs walking path everywhere you can and talk to neighbors. Above all, do not lose hope.

Selecting Protection Dogs to Accompany You

If you want some additional protection or security, then guard dogs are perfect. Numerous people think of securing dogs as animals who remain home to guard the house, but the reality is that you can find working dogs who actually follow you anywhere you go. If you want your guard dogs to provide you maximum security wherever you are out, then you need to train them properly and carefully . For extra security, dogs can offer not just an intimidation factor, but a true danger to anybody who attempts to assault you or become hostile. Not everyone needs personal guard dogs, but if you have a risky business, live in an area that may not be entirely safe or have any other reason to need extra protection, security dogs are an excellent option. In fact, protection dogs have been used for centuries to keep their owners safe. If you are planning to purchase a guard dog, you need to buy from a legal company where you get quality dogs and ones who are trained exactly for protection. Your dog should not be a pup in any way. Adult dogs that have been trained in the art of protection should be the only animals you look at. You want a canine who has been exposed to several situations and which is prepared to wrestle to the death to save you. Mostly, this situation will never come. Several people find guard dogs, which are very normally German Shepherds, to be quite intimidating and the occurrence of your dog will keep several would-be attackers at bay. Guard dogs are normally trained to defend themselves from several attackers and are actually taught to disarm a person. This indicates you can go out and not be as tensed about your own safety when you have your dog with you. Watch dogs or protection dogs are attentive and they only need your order to attack the person who might harm you. Working dogs will also speck dangers on their own, generally before you do, and can protect you against the trouble. It is necessary for some people to keep protection dogs. These are animals that you will have as a constant escort, so be sure to select a dog that you enjoy being together. While the majority of guard dogs are German Shepherds, you can find other breeds, as well, perhaps more suited to your preferences. That being said, German Shepherds are commonly chosen for a reason. They are quite loyal to their master and are extremely intelligent dogs, able to learn new commands rapidly. Moreover being easier to teach than some other animals, German Shepherds, when grown up, can be very frightening looking, despite the fact that how affable the dog. A guard dog can also smell around and will alert you to potential intruders as you approach your home, or wake you at night if there is someone coming into the house. While private security dogs are a great thought, several people prefer them to guard the entire family. You will surely find a dog that suits your requirements whether you want to go for a walk or want him to protect you or guard your house or play with your kids. Working dogs aren’t just sheltering dogs. Guards dogs usually get attached to the family and protect them, dogs are considered mans best companion. When you purchase sheltering dogs, make sure they have been coached correctly, using proper support. It is recommended not to train your security dog with wrong techniques as are capable to make the difference and the watch dog may not like or accept new owners. It’s essential to make sure that your protection dogs are satisfied and wise when you purchase them.

Can Your Dog See the Television?

Can your dog see images on the television screen? Yes. Without any doubt in my mind, your dog can see and correctly interpret the images on television. Study after study and people I respect and admire disagree with this opinion.

Bruce Fogle, author of the “Dog’s Mind,” explains in great detail the anatomy of the dog’s eye. It is this anatomy which proves a dog can see no more than the pixels on the TV and these pixels do not form pictures as they do for humans.

Years ago a German Shepherd mix we had rescued began to bound out of bed and seemed to Saturday morning with a mood that made everyone around him to enjoy the morning. As humans, it took us a little while to figure out why Saturdays were so important. We had our theories. Maybe it’s because that was one day when the family was usually home most of the day; school and work behind us. He would join the boys in front of the television and it seemed he might like the noise of cartoons. I would hear him from the other room making verbal noises that varied from whining to growling to outright barking. Thinking the “boys” were playing, I would go about my morning work.

One Saturday completely changed the way I would view dogs and made me want to learn more about them.

We lived in Arizona at the time and one Saturday, I decided to take a break from my chores with the boys. I was surprised when one of them switched channels from cartoons to a show where two local newscasters featured dogs and cats who needed to be adopted. I was curious, but even more so when my sons joined me on the couch leaving Gunner sitting in front of the TV.

His ears stood straight up as the music and introduction for the show began and he started prancing around the room, high-stepping as if he was in a marching band. I had never witnessed this behavior though for my boys it appeared to be old hat.

Gunner settled for the commercial break and then followed a half hour of some of the most entertaining television I have ever seen. Gunner verbally gave his opinion on every animal paraded through the show, though the cats merely received a grudging growl.

The dogs were a different matter and I watched in awe as Gunner put his nose on the TV dog and sometimes it merited a paw. Whenever here was a German Shepherd, however, he became highly agitated, barking loudly. I still don’t know if he liked what he saw or was trying to pick a fight. Now this, again, was before I really started studying dogs as more than mere pets.

Recently my mother shared the story with me about a Beagle named Molly. My mom was at the neighbor’s house watching “Pride and Prejudice”; the dog appeared to be sleeping when a pup appeared in the show. At this point the Beagle came to abrupt attention and ran to the television and put her front paws on her new doggie friend.

It’s important to point out that these were not dogs (or cats) that were barking or making noise of any kind and there certainly was no animal odors being emitted from the TV. Clearly the only sense these dogs had to use was their sight.

I have six German Shepherds; Mouse got her name from her high pitched bark and some of the mannerisms she had when she was still marked as a pup for sale in my kennel. There were homes for eight puppies before Mouse’s litter was born but her mother, Austin, produced 15 puppies. Mouse was the runt. Mouse’s grandfather was a pure black long-coated Schutzhund-lined German Shepherd from Germany. She was the only one born in her litter with long hair though she actually turned into a mid-coat. When she was three months old and still at the kennel, my husband, who helped clean the kennel on his days off fell in love with her and brought her in to join our pack.

Mouse loves “Funniest Home Videos,” from start to finish. She watches everything except the commercials where she loses interest. Cats, rabbits, kangaroos and other animals interest her immensely as do little children. However, only the dogs really get her going. She will put her nose over some of them as if trying to prove her alpha role. On others she appears to be trying to sniff them out. She will growl talk to the dogs.

Keep in mind, there is no barking coming from the TV; there is merely the human commentator telling jokes throughout the show. Sometimes, when a dog runs across the screen, Mouse will run with it and look in back of the television and then out the door as if she is trying to figure out where it went. And just like with Gunner, only the German Shepherds get a boisterous welcome. We plan to get this on camcorder for Youtube in the very near future.

Maybe dogs’ eyes don’t look like ours but here is a thought, though not scientific; maybe their eyes are different from ours and don’t have to share the same qualities in order to see the TV screen.

do german shepherds have webbed feet?

No.
Only water breeds have webbed feet such as Spaniels and labradors.

Petsafe Stubborn Dog Fence Evaluate (Pig00 – 10777)

The PetSafe Stubborn has the strongest correction on the market. A great all round technique, that is certainly compatible with other PetSafe in-ground systems, plus a very great worth for the cash. Our philosophy when working with dogs is that the correction only needs being strong enough to recapture their attention to ensure that they refocus on the canine fence and their boundary training. The correction should be unpleasant but not overwhelming. Going as well high is counterproductive, you want the canine to stay receptive towards the training. The PetSafe Stubborn is useful for large dogs (100 lbs) and for dogs with low sensitivity to discomfort.

Collar

The collar is 1 on the chunkiest collars around. This isn’t a big deal on this method, due to the fact there is no way you would use this on a canine under 40lb, it really is just as well strong. It uses a regular 9V battery that may be accessed by undoing these screws. You’ll be able to change the correction level by undoing the cover with a coin and pressing the button underneath. The collar uses both a beep plus a vibration to warn the canine before they get a correction. The prongs for the collar are interchangeable, you can swap out the typical prongs for longer prongs for long hair dogs. Even though, as of November 2009 these are something that no longer comes normal with all the system and are now an optional extra.

The greatest feature about this collar is that it can function while using other PetSafe in-ground collars. So you possibly can use this collar about the big dogs (great danes, mastiff) / low discomfort sensitivity dogs (pit bulls, bulldogs, German shepherds). With little dogs under 12 lbs, you must use the PetSafe Small Dog. For everybody in between, make sure you use the PetSafe Deluxe collar. All three of these are very good collars, each of these let you adjust the correction level independently and they function nicely together.

That is the strongest canine fence correction collar available, so whenever you get it, begin on the lower levels and move up only if your canine is unresponsive for the lower levels.

Base Station

The base station is included with all the stubborn dog and also the basic PetSafe unit. Its also utilized on the Standard Inground fence. It works well and reliably, the only limitations are that it can only do 10 acres, and it does not have a battery backup. About the base station you have all the typical functions, the dial lets you control how wide the boundary is on either side with the boundary wire. The side switch lets you set up the method for modest, medium and big yards. The two toggles let you attach the boundary wire. Lastly you have the status lights to tell you the program is a single, and that there are no breaks inside wire.

Boundary Kit

The method comes while using common 500 feet of 20 gauge boundary wire, two splices and 50 flags which is beneficial for about 1/3 of an acre. Much more kits and wire upgrades are obtainable inside the store section of our web site.

Conclusion

This really is a nice reliable method. It really is also definitely excellent worth for cash. A tiny tip, if you are going to be making use of collars from the PetSafe Deluxe, Stubborn and Bit of Dog, purchase the PetSafe stubborn method and buy only the collars for the Deluxe and Little Dog. This will save you about about eighty bucks over doing it the other way.

German Shepherd Albino

Is a pristine white German shepherd an albino or is it normal?

I’ve seen pure black German shepherds and god knows they are rare enough. Now yesterday I saw this pure white female German shepherd at a friend’s place. He says I can have one pup from the next litter, but I’m apprehensive. Could there be problems with the pups? Is my friend’s pet an albino?

The white German Shepherd Dog is not an albino. They do have their own club> http://www.wgsdca.org/
Currently, they can be shown at AKC shows in obedience, agility and other disciplines, but not yet in the conformation ring.
The only problem that I have heard of pertaining to White GSDs is that their ear tips often require sunblock during summer.

Great Dane Dog Breed Description, History, Grooming, Health Issues and Living Conditions

Description: The Great Dane is a huge dog; it has a square body and a long neck, although females may be slightly longer than they are tall. They are a powerful dog but look elegant and noble; they have a short and shiny coat that can appear in a verity of colors including black, blue, harlequin, fawn, merle and stripped brindle. Despite their large size they are a graceful dog. They stand between 30 and 34 inches, though can be taller, and weigh between 100 and 200 lbs. They have a narrow head with a square muzzle and eyes that have a gentle and intelligent expression. They are deep chested with legs that are long, strait, and muscular.

History: The Great Dane is sometimes referred to as the ‘Apollo of all dogs’. Coins from Greece in 63 BC appear to have a dog that resembles a Great Dane on them and drawings of these dogs can be found on monuments, in Egypt, dating back to 3000BC. These ancient dogs are thought to be the origins of today’s dog. However the breed was fully developed in Germany. Although, exactly how old this breed is is unknown, though it was a common dog in the 16th century, anything beyond that has several different stories.

Temperament: Known as the gentle giant, the Great Dane, despite its huge size is actually a very friendly dog with a loving nature. They are people orientated dogs that need and love to be around their human family, they are also very loyal. Because they grow so fast, training them needs to start early. Although it is unlikely they will ever be aggressive, due to their size they can be difficult to handle if not well trained. They make great family pets as they are kind, patient and get on well with children and other pets. One habit they tend to have is to lean against you; this is their way of showing love, and obtaining attention. This is normal behavior and is nothing to worry about, but it can cause a problem with small children.

Health Issues: Unfortunately, like many large dogs, the Great Dane is prone to quite a few illnesses. Bloat is a common issue for them and up to 40% of cases are fatal, bloat is where the stomach twists and emergency surgery is needed immediately. Due to how fast they grow (from birth to a human adult weight in 12 months) they can suffer from a verity of bone problems, these can include hip dysplasia, wobblers syndrome, hypertrophic osteodystrophy (HOD), pano (panosteitis) and osteochondritis dissecans (OCD). They are also prone to cancer, though people say that a Great Dane fed on natural food rather than manufactured foods have a lower risk. In 2004 an American survey showed that the most common fatal condition in Great Danes is dilated cardiomyopathy, this is a degenerative condition that affects the heart, and unfortunately there is no cure. The average life span for them is around 10 years, though they have been known to live to around 13 years.

Grooming: The Great Dane is an average shedder that will need daily brushing; they will also need their nails trimmed regularly. They only need to be bathed when necessary, and due to their huge size this can be rather awkward, so it’s best to brush them often and well to help increase the time needed between baths.

Living Conditions: Great Danes need regular exercise, though should not do more than walking until they are over a year old. They will live fine in an apartment as they are relatively inactive indoors, due to the fact they are such people loving animals they will not cope with living alone outside.

Pros and cons on having german shepherd as a pet?

So just to let you know I have a 1 year old golden retriever and I relay want a german shepherd! will they get along?
And my golden retriever is a female should I get a male german?
I said relay I meant really**

I’ve heard that if you get a new dog, you should take the original dog out of the house before you bring the new one home. So like take the golden retriever to a neighbor’s or friend’s place, and bring the shepherd home in the meantime before bringing your retriever back. Its suppose to help because then you aren’t bringing a new dog in the house with the original still there, preventing the retriever from becoming too territorial and not being friendly to the new dog. I have a friend who has done this a couple of times and it always seemed to work pretty well when introducing new pets. You could probably look this up online too and read about it.

Grooming Your German Shepherd the Way the Professionals Do, Part 2

Doing grooming yourself is a great way to bond with your German Shepherd Dog. Praise and reward your dog for being good while being groomed and many GSD’s will even learn to enjoy the entire process with practice. Here are a few more basic grooming procedures to practice with your own German Shepherd dog or puppy.

Bath Time

Barring any encounters with foul smelling stuff, German Shepherds only need baths about twice a year. While this doesn’t sound like much, you have to remember that your dogs hair is a barrier that is constantly keeping dirt out and keeping essential skin oils in.

Over bathing your dog will strip these natural oils and lead to dry skin and possibly skin issues and irritation. A dogs skin has a pH balance that is very different from humans, and as such requires a different type of shampoo to keep from disrupting that balance. When bathing your dog, remember to place cotton in their ears to prevent water from getting in the ear canal. (Water in the ear can lead to ear infections)

Nailing Those Nails

If your dog gets a lot of activity on hard surfaces their nails should wear down naturally, but if they’re too long, or if they become chipped or broken, trimming will help keep your dogs feet healthy. The center of a dogs toenail is a very sensitive living tissue called the quick, and you want to avoid clipping into and/or too near the quick as this will cause your dog great discomfort, bleeding, and could lead to other more serious issues.

To ensure you don’t trim into the quick it’s best to remove very small amounts of nail at a time. Pet shops now offer nail “filing” tools that remove paper thin layers of the nail at a time and help round the surface as they do so. This is a great option for your pet and will help with nails that are too long and/or nails that are chipped or broken.

Ear Ye, Ear Ye!

Checking your dogs ears is very important and should be done weekly, and cleaned as needed. Some signs that your dog may have ear issues are: Ears that are sensitive, Swelling and/or redness of the skin in or around the ear, Head shaking and/or ear scratching, Discharges or odors coming from the ear, Hematomas (blood blisters) on the ear flap, or Melanomas (tumors).

If you think that your dog has any ear problems you should consult your vet immediately. One common issue is wax buildup. If your dog has wax buildup, your vet can give you liquid drops that will dissolve the wax and allow you to wipe it out.

Another common issue is ear mites. If your dog is doing a lot of head shaking and scratching at it’s ears, it may have ear mites and you should see your vet to get medication to remove the ear mites. If your dog has ear mites, you may also notice the mites though they are small white specks in your dogs ear or earwax.

Say Cheese

To keep your dogs teeth healthy you’ll want to make sure that brushing their teeth is part of your regular grooming schedule as well.

Remember to follow these grooming tips for your German Shepherd, all of which are very important. Grooming is much more important than many GSD owners believe it to be. Remember that even though German Shepherds are relatively maintenance free compared to many dog breeds your GSD will need a little grooming TLC occasionally as well. Please do not neglect this important aspect of German Shepherd Dog ownership.

German Shepherd Gums

October 15th, 2007 admin No comments

german shepherd gums
My dog has bleeding gums!?

I have recently started taking care of a 6 year old Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Cross. In every other way he seems happy and healthy, if a little tired sometimes. Whenever I give him a bone or a toy to play with his gums start bleeding to the extent where there is blood left on the toy. Does he have gum disease? Or something even worse? I’m going to get him some dentastix daily treats to keep his teeth healthy but what else does he need?

Thanx

Will he allow you to look at his mouth? If you can see a good amount of tartar build-up, then he could have the beginning of gingivitis/periodontal disease.
German Shepherds generally tend to have cleaner teeth. I don’t know if that makes sense but as a tech, I have done hundreds of dentals and and preventative care with clients. The larger breeds tend to have cleaner teeth, as far as I’ve seen. This can be due to many factors though. (teeth brushing by the owner, teeth cleansing chews and toys, tartar reducing foods/treats.)
He can also be an aggressive chewer. I have a 14 month old German Shepherd and he will leave a bone bloody if I don’t watch him. This might be a possibility also.
You said he seems tired sometimes. I would recommend getting him to the vet for a good check over. The vet can get a better look at his mouth and make sure there are no problems.
Best of luck with him.

Tips for Acquiring the Right Dog Grooming Tools

Does a dog owner need to pay that much attention on the quality of dog grooming equipment that they purchase and use? Why does it matter? Your response to this is dependent on the level of importance that you attach to your dog. The reality is that you are able to get a whole list of grooming tools with various type and quality. However, will these tools produce the type of results you want? Does a certain type of clipper give better results than another? This is what we will explore briefly here, so please read on.

Starting with hair clipping, there are different types of tools available in the market for clipping dogs. From the simplest, such as scissors to the more sophisticated such the heavy duty cordless electric hair clippers. Should you then go for the heavy duty cordless clipper since it is at the high end of the spectrum? Not necessarily. In fact, there will be times and situations when the simple scissor is the most ideal tool to use. Like when only a little hair needs to be clipped on the edges because chewing gum has stuck there. On the other hand, when you need fast large clipping, then you surely need the heavy duty.

This same line of thinking can be applied to all other types of clipping tools whether nail trimmers, brushes, grooming tables, bathing tubs, and so on. The key aspect that we need to address is how do you get the right type of tool for your dog’s grooming needs? The first place to start is to identify the specific grooming needs of your particular dog. Let us say you have that dreaded German shepherd. What are the shepherd’s needs? Does it need hair clipping or just a wash and brushing? If it needs clipping, based on its body size what size of clipper do you need? Does it need nail trimming? How big are the nails?

Having now identified these needs, you are, now ready to go out and shop for these items. Discuss with the store staff what your needs are so they can assist you; do they have something that will meet these needs? You can also do web searches using specific keywords, such as “clippers for German shepherds” as opposed to just searching for “dog clippers”. Or “bath tubs for German shepherds” and so on. You will get the most appropriate tool when you seek for what is most ideal for your type of dog instead of getting general tools.

The bottom line is, be specific in determining what your needs are when it comes to your dog grooming tools. This way, you’ll be able to get the most accurate and useful tools to help you in grooming your dog. Most of the times, getting the right grooming tools doesn’t have to be difficult. As simple as doing a quick research online will do the trick in finding out the right tools to use for dog grooming. All you need to do is be specific on your research to get the most accurate results.
