And we honestly believed when we was children WE was right and they was just being mean. But that is not it. Your parents do know whats best for you they honestly do. I work with a German Shepherd and even tho I don’t have any problem with it listening or anything like that. They are still pretty hard to take care of! I honestly think a young child shouldn’t own a German Shepherd. If it was the adults dog that’s a different story. I think a GSD is to much for a child. It may be a puppy when you get it but when its full grown you will have your hands full. I love German Shepherds I love working with my German Shepherd they are great dogs, great partners. Couldn’t ask for a better partner. But I think you should focus on showing your parents you have responsibility and maybe they will get you a smaller dog.

please help i have a german shepherd puppy that will not stop peeing in the house. she is 4 months old and we have been trying to potty train her since she was 8 weeks old. Everysingle time she comes in the house even after like 3 hrs she will go in a corner and pee in the house three times and when we let her out to go potty in the mornings she will wait by the door and just pee there. Its getting to the point where she can NEVER sleep inside and its to cold at nightimes (i live in utah so its very cold here at night) she will have to sleep in the garage.
